Circular Cotton Cascade at SIA-RAAK award
Every year, Regieorgaan SIA awards a prize for the best practice-oriented research. With the award, SIA wants to make the research of universities of applied sciences better known. The award is presented in two categories: the jury prize and the public prize. We are proud to announce that we won the public prize.
For the public prize, online voting was possible for the six projects nominated by the jury during the past period. To do so, student reporters followed the projects and promoted them on social media.
The winner of the jury prize was the Diadema project, from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences. They are researching methods that contribute to the conservation of coral reefs in the Caribbean, in particular by breeding sea urchins.
