Every year Regieorgaan SIA presents the RAAK award for the best practice-oriented research. Led by Maaike van de Kamp – Romijn of Naturalis, this year the jury nominated 6 projects for the award. One of them is our Circular Cotton Cascade project.
Other nominated research includes studies on youth work in the online lifeworld of young people, climate-adaptive business parks and active interventions to restore sea urchin populations in the Caribbean to encourage coral growth again. With the RAAK award, Regieorgaan SIA wants to make the research of universities of applied sciences better known. The public can help vote on the winners of the award. During the SIA conference on November 16, the winners of the award will be announced.
